
The original concept behind the logo design was that the company was called 'Aurora'. When this changed to 'Australis' the logo had become so recognised and distinguished, it stayed. The only slight change has been from a black background to a white background, which has proven a big success.

This outer folder was made to be sent out to potential and current traders along with invoices and prospect letters etc. The design was kept clean and minimal, with added reflections on each product to emphasise the contemporary look of the products available. With Australis selling some of the best designer lighting and furniture I wanted to maintain that look and make sure the audience knew that this was classy and unique and something not to pass up on.

The Cd-Rom was created in Flash. It was made to be distributed to potential and current traders to give them a virtual collection of various catalogues available at Australis, as an alternative to posting out individual and expensive catalogues. The links in each category are linked to the pdf files of that brands catalogue. I adapted the cd to work in both mac and pc using Apple Script and fscommands.

The above is an example of the on-going press advertising. This quarter page ad was used every week, with various product changes and details, showing the variety of the products available.
Australis Lighting & Interiors
Australis is a lighting and interiors specialist with a large showroom and retail outlet in Waterford city. A newcomer to the market, they asked for help to build their brand and grow their business. And so we designed a new logo, brochure, CD-ROM, website and series of press and radio ads. The results have been extremely positive with a marked increase in sales and an expansion into the wholesaler sector.
