The brief was to re-brand clem jacob hire, and create a logo that demonstrated how Clem's clients saw him. The plan was to capture that “Superman” vision and project a superhero image to the target market and wider public. This logo has been seen around Waterford by near enough every single resident and is now a very popular extremely well recognised logo.

The branding consisted of exterior signage, stationary and livery. The plan for this client was to push the whole idea of a super hero. There were some idea's that unfortunately did not move forward, but I still hold out hope they will. You can see where the idea was heading by viewing the graphics for the van livery.

Clem Jacob Hire is a Waterford based company. They specialise in commercial plant and machinery hire. Their owner manager, Clem Jacob, is a well known figure in the local business community. He has achieved legendary status among his client base as a trouble shooter and all-round fixer. The logo I designed captures that “Superman” vision and projects a superhero image to the target market and wider public.
