Excel Rallying are not just a rally team, but are in the process of developing garages, car hire, rally course and more, so this logo needed to fit with every element of the business, meaning it will be put on signage, merchandise, cars, t-shirts etc etc. With this logo I wanted to make a symbol that could work on its own and also demonstrate the masculin bold image that other motorsports brands use such as alpine star. I wanted to make sure this logo would work in any colour, on any background and can also be used broken up, for example just the X r just the text.

The website is currently only a mini website to help spread the name of the company and brand whilst everything is being developed. This site will be developed in to an online shop for spare parts and car rental. This is a basic CSS site, however the layout has been designed to incoporate further development. One feature to keep the site dynamic is the tickers on the left of the page that show the latest results and upcoming events. These are simple html and therefore can be updated by the client.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING
SPONSORSHIP LEAFLET:
The leaflet is to be sent to potential sponsors, advertising the benefits and packages available to them. The logo was changed to orange for all sponsorship information. As the brand develops other departments will be allocated their own colour. The leaflet was a 6 page roll fold that had information and contact details on one side and a 3 page spread on the inside showing each package. Each package was named as gears, 1-4 (4 being the lowest).
