Munster Express

The Munster Express is the Munster regions oldest and most popular paper. It has a large and loyal client base. They needed to revamp the look of the paper and bring back some consistency in the fonts and general look through out the various sections and features. After some serious research on popular papers and fonts, I put together a style that took full advantage of the numerous variations of the font Franklin Gothic. I also cleaned up the header and provided a promotional header section to advertise specific sections in the paper. The entertainment section and sports section were resized to tabloid, with the entertainment section given it's own identity of 'me' magazine. This will start to be promoted on it's own to draw in the younger readers.
